They were all very kind and nice! They also explained things very, very well, so that I understood everything! They also made me feel very comfortable!

The whole office environment is extremely welcoming and friendly.

I had my braces taken off today and I had to write this review for all those out there who may be like me. I have sensory intergraded dysfunction which makes every sound, smell, touch very exaggerated and I have a very low pain threshold. I am telling you this is the place to come. From the moment I had my first appointment and throughout all my treatment everyone at Britton & Ferris office have made me feel safe, secure and like I was apart of their big family and that is really how you feel when you step into their doors. No matter what your fears are they will walk you one step at a time till yes, before you know it it's time to give up your chair for a new person who needs their help and at the end you will feel like l do, happy your teeth look so great, as well as a bit more confident, but a lot like you are graduating or leaving home. Go in you want regret it. You will find out fast that yep you to have become part of the Britton & Ferris family. I still have to get my retainer so hopefully I will meet you in the chair next to me.
